In Geretsried, 30 km south of Munich, our team of 81 experienced skilled workers manufactures your components in our fully climate-controlled production facilities, which span 7,500 m² and are equipped with 68 machining centers of various sizes and technologies. Using our 8 Zeiss measuring machines, we inspect and monitor every component – even during individual machining steps—to ensure it meets your requirements and to guarantee the highest level of quality. To avoid waiting times for cutting tools, we offer short lead times for production thanks to our inventory of 20,000 standard and custom tools. Specializing in housing components and drive elements with gear teeth, we provide everything from individual components to complete component sets – all from a single source. From prototypes to niche series, we offer the right batch size for your needs.

Because we focus on prototypes and niche production runs at the level of mass production, quality is at the heart of everything we do.

We ensure this by inspecting components throughout the production process in our quality assurance department. Our coordinate measuring machines and measuring instruments for contour, surface, and form measurement, as well as endoscopy and microscopy, all housed in climate-controlled measurement rooms, provide the foundation for achieving the quality for which we are known. Thorough documentation during the evaluation and analysis of test results is a given.

In urgent cases, we are happy to assist you with our wide range of manufacturing capabilities. We can also machine parts from solid stock (block material) for you if there isn’t enough time to produce a cast or forged part.

Typically 3-5 business days, depending on the scope of the project. For highly complex parts, we draw on the expertise of our manufacturing specialists and our long-standing suppliers; in such cases, you should allow 2 to 4 weeks.

All types of steel alloys up to 2100 N/mm², Inconel, aluminum alloys up to 800 N/mm², MMC, titanium, magnesium, PEEK, solid material, castings, and forgings. We continue to manufacture even where many others have to give up.

We operate at the cutting edge of manufacturing technology; our facilities are climate-controlled, and our cooling lubricants are temperature-controlled (cooled). With our eight Zeiss measuring machines, we ensure that your tolerances are met.
